Generating a Circos Plot
Dear all
How can I generate a circos plot by having the coordinates of our mapped balanced structural variations breakpoints? what is the command line or is there any online tools that I can use? I am not a bioinformatician!

For generating a Circos plot you can use online Circos software : http://circos.ca/software/
If you are comfortable using R, you can implement RCircos Package in R.
