The conifer genome network website has links to various conifer genome projects. The university of Umeå hosts the Norway spruce genome project, check their FTP site. A scaffold assembly for Betula pendula and a pseudo-chromosome assembly are available on the CoGe website. Betula nana is available at the dwarf birch genome project site.
