There a hundreds of species belonging to the genus Pinus, so please be a lot more specific.

Heard it has appeared recently

Some more details on that would help, too.

You need to specify which Pine you are interested in. There is Pinus sylvestris from NCBI and Loblolly pine. Look for others on the same site.
