MongoDB supports automated sharding(partitioning the database on multiple machines) architecture. let me know suggestions regarding this automated sharding feature is useful for partitioning the DNA database on multiple machines.

I doubt that you could take advantage from this feature for any small to medium sized real-world project you are probably involved in. You will need a competent sysadmin to support you. And in general, don't make a choice of a tool before you have fully understood the problem you are solving.
