Enrichment Analysis for GWAS SNPs
Hello,
I am looking to determined whether SNP associated with a disease phenotype are enriched within a particular regulatory region. I am looking to compare using a specific data set analogous to ChIP-seq data. What are good tools or references for someone who is getting started in data analysis?
