Regression analysis with replicates

how can we do regression analysis if we have have replicates for our dependent variables. i have one independent variable and 20 values of one dependent variable x y1 y2 y3 y4 y5 y6 ...y20

Anybody can help me how to do it in SPSS or R

  1. How is this related to bioinformatics? As phrased, this is a straight statistics question.
  2. What sort of regression? Linear?
  3. What have you tried? If you can do one variable then you can lapply() or apply() that method.
