Sure, you should be able to do some power analyses with one or more of these:
- Genetic Power Calculator (online)
- CaTS -- Power Calculator for Two Stage Association Studies (download executable)
- qtlDesign (R Programming Language)
- PS: Power and Sample Size Calculation (download executable and install)
