It's there an R package to map QTL and work with F1 population?

Hi.

I'm trying to find if there's an R package to work with a F1 population and get QTLs. I know about the existance of R/qtl but they work with F2 population and the statistics underlying the QTL mapping change a lot in a F1.

Does anyone know about a package that can do this with a F1 population?
