SNPs and Gene Expression

Hello!

I'm a PhD student and I have been working with gene expression, so I have a group of DEGs. Furthermore, I want to add the SNP analysis for my DEGs but I have never worked with the SNPs. How can I do this? and What tools do you recommend me for SNPs analysis?

Hi,

Are you trying to do an eqtl? ie. investigate which snps are associated with alteration in genes expression.
