DADA2 or Deblur
Hello Everyone,
I am a Ph.D. student working in the area of child health and microbiome. I have done 16S amplicon sequencing using NovaSeq 6000. I'm using QIIME2 for sequence analysis. I have used DADA2 as well as Deblur for denoising but DADA2 takes too much time (it took 3 days for 4 samples) as compared to Deblur. my question is which one is better?
