where can I download convertf (to convert vcf/plink files into eigenstrat)

Hi!

I need to obtain the eigenstrat format to be able to control for population stratification when performing a Random Forest analysis. Anyway, I am stuck in the step of getting such format (eigenstrat). I have seen in several posts that a software to do this is called confertf (https://reich.hms.harvard.edu/software), however I haven't been able to find the link to download it. Could someone paste the link from which I can download convertf?

Or, if anyone has another suggestion about which software could I use to produce the eigenstrat format that I need.

I have the same question, maybe you could try to use conda to install eigenstart, or try to using other alternative software.

The readme (https://github.com/argriffing/eigensoft) indicates that, if you have a compiled version of eigenstrat, the convertf executable will be in the bin directory. Do you have a compiled version of eigenstrat?

you could download convertf using conda or search on the website for the package which have converft on the bin file.
