RPKM documentation is needed!
How can i find a description for RPKM file downloaded from GTEXprtal? I don't know what is what in RPKM file. I need to extract the muscle-skeletal information. I already have a list of muscle-skeletal sample IDs from GTEx_Data_V6_Annotations_SampleAttributesDS.txt.
