hi
thank you for helping me out.i am working on already available RNA seq data from SRA. So how do i find its a ribo-depleted RNA seq.
hi
I have a RNA seq data and planning to do LNC rna analysis.
LNC Rna analysis can be done only on small RNA seq or can be done using Rna seq data?
The l in lncRNAs stands for long, which in this case is >200 bases. Given that, an sRNAseq library prep would get rid of most lncRNAs. You need a ribo-depleted RNAseq dataset (the typical prep uses polyA selection, which will exclude some non-coding RNAs).
This tutorial will give you the analysis workflow for LNC-RNA
