Working on an old pipeline, need to gain access to a specific version of plinkseq

Good afternoon,

I'm working on a pipeline that depends on a specific version of the plinkseq tool. Older or newer versions do not work, unfortunately, and I only have a log file to work off of.

The header of the log file gives me the version:

||||||||||||||||||||||||||| PSEQ (v0.09; 8-Oct-13) |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

but I am unable to find this version anywhere online (or in my HPC's installed modules). Can anyone help me find this particular version of plinkseq please? Thank you!
