Hello!

I am trying to use the Circos package to achieve two things on one plot track:

1) I have a list of genomic ranges that I can map using the tiles graph type 2) I have another column in my file (its a SEG file) that pertains to 'mean' value. I want to use this file to give the Circos tiles height, like in scatter plots.

Among the different Circos plot options, Tiles are the best for showing the genomic range, but there doesn't seem to be a simple way of also graphing the height value. Can it be done through rules or some other way?
