PCR product Gel analysis HELP
I need help with analysing this image,,, I am looking for a band consist of 1200 bp,, but when I used three different DNA template ,, I got this result.. How can I optimise this result??

First of all, this is not a bioinformatical question, so it does not belong here. You may try posting on Biology Stack Exchange. Also, if you do that, rewrite your question in a way that 1) people can understand it and 2) are motivated to respond. That includes a brief description on your problem, the aim of your experiment, the experimental setup (which template, which primers, what cycling conditions etc...) and the steps you have already performed in order to optimize your result.
