How to tell if a region is low complexity?

Hi everyone

how to identify if the region is low complexity ? I used the genome browser in the attached image, but it seems to me it is not low complexity. I am interested in human. how do you think? need to double check my understanding.

As @Asaf indicated this region is covered by a SINE. Full list of repeats is here.
