Hello,

I work with ribosome profiling data and I'm trying to plot the start of my reads on an axis representing only the CDS (or exons) of a genome region, without having the gaps of the splice junctions. I managed to get a nice representation in Gviz like here but I'm trying to get rid of the splice junction and have only the coverage and/or start position over the exons.

Touching the genome axis in Gviz seems a bit tricky, and I did not find any package to or any simple methods to do this. Has anyone already been into this and found a solution ?
