Can I improve my de novo assembly with a reference genome?
Hi,
I have created a de novo assembly of a strain of C. elegans using pacbio. I have got 143 contigs in the assembly. Do you know if there is any software out there that I can use to scaffold the contigs together using the available reference genome of C. elegans?
