Hi, I performed de novo assembly using Canu following a hybrid method. I have both Illumina (PE) and Oxford Nanopore reads. I performed reference guided scaffolding using ragtag before, but now, I want to see if doing the scaffolding de novo has any impact on the chromosome length.

Can anyone recommend me any de novo scaffolder? Or any other approach that I can use to scaffold my contigs de novo? Thanks!
