how to design primers for AC112229.1 pseudogene and no for his parental gene ?
Hi every one, I'm trying to design primers for this pseudogene. But these peseudogene are not available in nbci nucleotide it's take a part of a clone, and his parental gene is (ZNF532). when i toke the sequence of pesudogene and design primers. primers cover or amplified the parental gene and not pseudogene. How to design primers in this case. Hope to hear advices from you.. Thanks a lot..

Primers for what? Real-time qPCR? Regular genomic DNA amplification?
So sorry. it was a mistake.. thanks .. i need to desing primers for Real-time qPCR( RT-qPCR) and my target is quantify pseudogene expression...thank you for your point.
