Hi there to all! I'm working on some dimethyl labeling mass-spectrometry data. I'm trying to figure out what actually the "Ratio HL" stands for. It is not a simple IntensityH/IntensityL ratio.. because when i tried it, it actually gives me different values.

I do not find much information about, so if someone is pratical with MaxQuant could please explain me, how is the Ratio HL calculated and normalized in MaxQuant?
