TPM with Ballgown?
Hi, I'm a little confused and I'm hoping someone can explain things clearly for me. Is it possible to use TPM if I use Tablemaker in the Ballgown package? If not could someone explain to me how I would go about using TPM for transcript analysis? Thanks.
