How can I register to DAVID?

Hi. Right now I'm trying to run the GO analysis on DAVID using R package "BACA" and "DAVIDWebService".

However, it requires me to register on DAVID. So my question is, how can I register to DAVID web service?

I'm confused since this seems very simple task but I can't find any "registration" tag on the web service.

I tried to ask on DAVID Forum http://david.abcc.ncifcrf.gov/content.jsp?file=Contact.html

But it requires me to login before asking, and I cannot login because I don't know how to register!

I would appreciate if someone could help me. Thanks in advance!
