I have a few .mzml raw files from LC-MS mass spectrometry. I have used the MAIT package for finding the peak detection for these samples. Basically, MAIT has 4 steps, the first step is the sample processing step where they have used the XCMS package for detecting the peak. But the output produced is a MAIT class or object and I am not able to retrieve the peak Intensity values from it. It would be really helpful if someone suggests to me or post a code to retrieve the peak intensity values for each sample using a MAIT or XCMS package.
