Variant Predicition Index

Hey together,

I have done several GenePanel Sequencing runs on the miSeq and in the analysis I get a value for the "Varaint Predicition Index". Can anyone explain me, what this index tell me?

I used UMI´s in my libraries. (molecular tags)
