Trimming Adaptor in Small RNA Analysis

Hi,

I have new Small RNA sequencing generated by Illumina machine (Nextseq). This Small RNAseq data is generated by “TruSeq Small RNA” library preparation kit. I have the “Illumina Customer Sequence Letter” from the link (https://support.illumina.com/downloads/illumina-customer-sequence-letter.html)/ Illumina Adapter Sequences Document (1000000002694 v01). Some adaptor sequences are listed in Illumina Customer Sequence Letter for TruSeq Small RNA” library. I would be greatly thankful if you help me with the following questions: Question 1- Which adaptor sequence/sequences I need to use? Question 2- the adaptor needs to be trimmed from “Minus” or “Plus” strand? Question 4- In small RNASeq data, generated by “TruSeq Small RNA library” kitdo we need to trim only one adaptor sequence or more?

Thanks
