Where to get Colorectal cancer samples related to microRNA?
I would like to study differentially expressed miRNAs in colorectal samples. There are some samples in Gene Expression Omnibus and The Cancer Genome Atlas. Does someone know if there are some other databases where colorectal samples related to miRNAs are available?
