Possible to retrieve gene expression data from Ensembl for a gene.
I need to get the gene expression data for a gene from as many organisms possible and compare them is this possible with ensembl? If not could anyone suggest me sites which would be able to do them. I know medisapiens can compare for organs in human body and also UNIgene for fish. Anything else.... Cheers.

I don't think this is in EnsEMBL but have a look at the Expression Atlas.

Are you looking for any particular gene?
Even withing organism what kind of expression data you are looking for (which tissue, cell lines, stages, etc.,)
The question looks very vague to me.
I would like to keep the expression data to the tissue level and any example gene would do.
