understanding what CLIP data are
Hello I'm doing a research in miRNA target prediction, and I found that most of the recent researches are biased towards using some terms such as CLIP, iCLIP, CHIP-Seq, CLASH
Could anyone help me understanding these terms?? and how they are related to miRNA??
