I am trying to find a good miRNA-target prediction database as a R package. I have a genelist of 500 genes that are in the format of ensembl_transcript_ids. For now, I am aware of targetScan(couldnt install it), multiMir and microRNA packages (among those I was able to work with microRNA package which uses ensembl_transcript ids. ) multiMir works with entrez gene ids which is not good enough to work with. I would appreciate if you could let me know about such a package. Thanks in advance.
