I looked quickly over the manuscript and I do not see any references to any data sets in it other than http://meso.univ-fcomte.fr/peg/phylo but the link is not working. The manuscript was not yet published (at least I do not see it in PubMed, so the data may be is not yet available. Another option is that authors used public data sets from literature that they cite in the references but to find this one need to scan the manuscript more thoroughly. The best option is to email the authors and ask them directly about the data they used.
Also, if you expect a response from an volunteer open science community within an hour on a Sunday morning, prepare to be disappointed.
