How to Download the complete genome sequence and protein sequence of a specific genus

Dear Biostar Team,

I need to Download the complete genome sequence of the organism "Bifidobacterium", I need all the species and strains for which complete information is available from NCBI. Can anyone help me out?

You need 10 mouse clicks:

  1. Go to the list of available Bifidobacterium genomes in NCBI.
  2. In the right sidebar, under Find related data, select Assembly and click Find items.
  3. In the left sidebar, under Assembly level, select Complete genome.
  4. In the right sidebar, under Find related data select Nucleotide and click Find items.
  5. Click on the Send link, then File, then choose Format as FASTA and click Create file.

Thanks a.zielezinski . I have downloaded all the complete genomes. Hope it holds the same for downloading the protein sequences for all "Bifidobacterium species and strains" Thanks once again! happy new Year !!
