I am planning to start a work on a project for identification of hammerhead ribozymes, but given that I am only a Master's degree student and that not much research been done into hammerheads, I am not quite sure whether this project is realistic in a 6-month period. Is it really an extremely complicated deal or I am just not able to located many papers that specifically focus on the bioinformatics side of hammerheads?

Are there any methods readily available or known bioinformatics strategies to handle hammerhead ribozymes?
