Ho to fix a VCFAnnotator software error

When running a VCFAnnotator software http://vcfannotator.sourceforge.net/ I`ve got:

Error, no gene feature found for gene4107.... ignoring feature. Error, no gene feature found for gene4108.... ignoring feature. Error, no gene feature found for gene4109.... ignoring feature. Error, no gene feature found for gene4110.... ignoring feature.

-reading vcf file: DecomposedPilonReducedresult.vcf

Reading VCF for contig: AL123456 [1000 vcf lines read for AL123456] Error, no sequence for contig: AL123456 at ./VCF_annotator.pl line 156. Done

How to repair that?
