Is this webserver trusted ??
I have my tree in nwick format and i want to convert to distance Matrix , i know there is functions do that in R but i am not interested in it ... so i used this webserver http://www.trex.uqam.ca/index.php?action=matrixToNewick&project=trex
I need to know.....Is it trusted ??

Trusted?? In what means, results or the website itself?? Since it is published in good journal (Nucleic Acids Research) and it has got decent citations, I can say it is trustworthy.
I am talking about results ... if so, i will depend on it :)
If it is about the results, I got no experience working with phylogenetics (I assumed that website is trustworthy because it got recent good citations). You should also consider expert advice by discussing your results (creating different post or update the same post with your results).
This thread would benefit from choosing a more informative title stating for example 'phylogenetics' and the name of the website...
