If i constructed phylogenetic tree by distance Matrix method and then retrieve my distance Matrix again from topology
is there a difference between original distance matrix and calculated matrix ??

i optimized my tree that constructed by distance method ... and i test my result by CONSEL Software and it was not logic
is CONSEL used for likelihood method only ??
