STRAW & MP-EST tree
Hi everybody
MP-EST tree is necessary for one part of my project. The phylogenetic tree of project is constructed in MEGA6 using the maximum likelihood method and rooted gene tree is inputed in Straw web server in Newick format, but unfortunately the format of tree is not accepted by web server, and problem is not clear to me. could anyone help me????

You provide very little to go on. STAR (http://bioinformatics.publichealth.uga.edu/SpeciesTreeAnalysis/STAR/STAR.php) seem to require Newick format (which you say you have) and a species allele file to map leaf names (in the Newick file) to species. Please provide more info with regards to your question - for instance the input, error messages, etc.
