My colleagues are using Cyrillic to draw some pedigrees. Now, I want to edit, move the nodes, add some hyperlinks etc... Do you know if there any way to export its drawings to a vectorial format (like SVG, XFig, etc... ) ?

I am so sorry you didn't get a proper answer on this matter after a month being posted, that I'll share with you an idea I vaguely had when I first read your question days ago, although I wasn't sure it'll be exactly what you need. anyway, after all this time, I guess reading anything would be better than nothing.
I am assuming that there's no way Cyrillic is able to export the pedigree data in vector format, nor it does generate an easy text output that could be efficiently processed. I really hope you find this answer useful ;)
let me tell you of the days of high adventure: years ago I used to do some little graphical design, and when I faced the problem you describe, which is nothing but vectorizing an image (because the pedigrees you want to convert are images, aren't they?), I used to rely on Potrace. for a long time now, its vectorizing capabilities have been included in Inkscape, and for that reason everytime I need to vectorize an image I go through any Inkscape tutorial available on the web, such as this one or even this one in video.
Thanks , that was my conclusion too. At the end, I wrote a simple tool to build some simple pedigrees (working with graphviz dot). Screenshots

@Pierre: if you want an alternative to Cyrillic, there's a free tool: http://haplopainter.sourceforge.net/
Another alternative tool is Madeline, which we like. It accepts Cyrillic files. Maybe it would offer some alternatives as well that could bridge you to where you want to be. I don't know though, haven't tried anything like that.
Cyrillic exports to GEDCOM (among other) format files, which are non-XML text.
