Hello,
I have assembled my raw reads into contigs, now I want to remove contigs that have size less that 70,000 bp. How can I do that.
Kindly help it is very necessary for me.

Dear Faizan,
This is one of the basic tasks, hence, it has been already answered a couple of times on biostars. For basic questions, you can query google like this
filter fasta on size: biostars.org
This will provide you the answers posted on biostars.org. Your question is highly likely to be closed by admins.
Tip: Before posting try searching on google as mentioned above or use the search box within biostars.
Good luck!
