Hello Lars Juhl Jensen, thank you very much for the answer. I'm looking at data that was in this database, you know if they were moved to another repository.
Hello, everyone
Someone can help-me at to access the tranche repository (Univ. of Michigan) for MS data acquisition?
The URL (https://www.proteomecommons.org/tranche/) does not work. When I try to access, I'm redirected to another page.
Best regards,

The Proteome Commons Tranche sadly shut down around 2013 due to lack of funding. It is a good example why important bioinformatics infrastructure needs dedicated funding and should not have to operate out of research grants for individual groups.
I do not believe all data were systematically moved to another database when Tranche ceased to be. You could trying to search in the PRIDE database; if it is not there your best chance is probably to contact the authors.
Thank you so much Lars Juhl Jensen, I'll try contac the authors. Best regards,
