PANTHER GENE LIST

Hello everyone,

I'm using a list of genes in PANTHER DB, four months ago the list gave me a number of information. Today that number has changed (same list of genes), is this normal for panther? Is it some kind of update?

Are you only referring to number as number of hits you retrieved? Your question is not very clear.

Thank you genomax2, Yes is the number of hits. Example: cellular processes (n = 31) before, and now (n = 30).

So I think when I use the PANTHER DB, the version was 10.0.
