moving 2 columns with the same party in two files

I have two map files in the following format:

file1:

1   DU202534_254.1  0   18803224

1   DU281551_498.1  0   315497

1   DU492501_194.1  0   158758936

file2:

0  CL635944_160.1    0    0

0   CR_594.1         0    0

0    CR_816.1        0    0

0    CZ925803_293.1   0   0

The second file is going basis According to Snp ID subscribers in the first file (in the second column)

Columns 3 and 4 first file into the second file transfer at the same Snp ID's

And the remaining Snp ID to be removed.

How this is done in Linux?

Please also provide the required output, as (to me) your explanation isn't clear.

In addition, you have posted many simple file manipulation questions now (which are not exactly bioinformatics!), so perhaps you should do yourself (and us) a favor and learn a) linux command line and/or b) a scripting language such as pytthon or R.

I would like to put this question on hold, because it is completely unclear what you are asking. From the example you have provided there is no obvious way by which the two files could be merged. They do not share common identifiers. I recommend, to first fix your description to use intelligible english to describe your problem without using automatic translation, before anyone invests time into answering this thread.
