Calculate allele frequency for paternity test

Dear all,

I am employing the Identification Test for 200 samples. But I don't know how to calculate the allele frequency as well as OH-observed heterozygosity, EH-expected heterozygosity, SE-standard error of EH, PD-power of discrimination and PE-probability of excluding a random man from paternity.

Would you please help me find the solution!
