finding the position of chrmosomal sequence from cytogentic map/banding pattern

Hi everyone, i have the chromosomal banding pattern position i.e. cytogentic localization like 3p25, 3p24.2, can anybody tell me that where can i find this position of chrmosome sequence. so that from that position i can take out my desired sequence.

Your best bet is to get the cytoBand track from UCSC (e.g., here for hg19).
