i want the coordinate of gene(start and stop, including promoter and enahncer region) which are linked to human cancer. can anybody suggest me that where to find this kind of data freely.

Cosmic Cancer Gene Census is a good resource for these details. Promoter and enhancer details are included when/if known to be relevant as part of the curation annotation process. eg TPR. http://cancer.sanger.ac.uk/census/
