RNA expression profile for tumor sample OVER TIME
I feel like this maybe a naive question: I imagine that RNA expression of tumor is dynamic. Can any one share some comments on the variability of the expression profile of tumor over time? My assumption is that, if the expression profile is relatively stable, it is worth the research for tumor expression characteristics. Otherwise, it is just not worth it.
