T cell diversity in tumor. tumor tissue or blood? mix cell bulk or sorted T cell?
My goal is to evaluate the T cell diversity in TIL infiltrates. However, most of the TCR-Seq uses Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and sort it to seperate CD4+ and CD8+ populations.
I am wondering if I can use tumor tissue and use RNA-Seq data of mix cells population (TIL) instead. Will this be viable? Can anyone share some comments?
