Can any tool distinguishs immune inflammation / immune excluded phenotype?
I am on a project aiming to investigate the effect of TIL infiltration / TCR diversity on immunotherapy efficacy
What I am thinking is to use ESTIMATE. It claims to be able to measure the fraction of stromal and immune cells in tumor tissues. However, there is an immune inflammation and there is an immune excluded phenotype. can ESTIMATE distinguish them? Anyone know any tools be able to do that?
