Any absolute quantification method for detection of polyploidy tumor sample
We want to compare the expression of given gene in diplod tumor vs polyploid tumor. To do this, we need a way to idenfy polyploid tumor and the expression of that gene. In my impression, RNA-Seq is not a option (relative quantification), neither for PCR-like technique. Is there any methods that can achieve this?
